The second half of the digital studies (10/10) were also handed in at the same time as the 7th digital painting assignment. Goodbye to you Digital Tools, you will be missed.

Our 7th digital painting assignment is to basically put a character inside a layout. Here's my take on it.

Create a swamp creature; seems pretty easy. Here's my take on the "Swamp Creature" assignment.

In the middle of the semester marks the reading week and with it are due the first half of the quick studies. Here are 5/10 of them.





Fold Studies to uhh study folds in clothing.


Another value study, but this is based on a room of our choice.

Time for some art work from the Digital Tools class. Starting with this value study of this Koi fish.

Final animation of first year, the "Heavy lift" animation.

"Pitch and Bat" animation.

"Meow" animation assignment, it speaks for itself.


"Step up and down" animation. Character must step up the set of stairs with one emotion, give the character a reason to change its emotion, then go down the stairs with a different emotion.
"Broad jump rough" and Broad jump final" animation.


"Stationary jump keys" and "Stationary jump final" animation.

And that's all for the first semester animations. Moving on to second semester animations.
The "seaweed spine" and "seaweed" animations.

"Leg cycle" animation.

"Pendulum swing"
(tick tock tick tock)

"Single arm swing" and "double arm swing"

Moving on from the stationary ball bounce animations, the "descending energy ball bounce" and "descending energy ball bounce with tail".

Moving on from the single ball bounce is the "double ball bounce" and then the "double ball bounce with a tail".
